On startups I’m keeping an eye on

Some people track every basketball stat. Others collect rare records. For me? I keep tabs on startups shaping the future.

These 10 companies are solving big problems in AI, product development, and customer experience. I’m always watching these areas for new innovation and it’s fascinating to see how products evolve over time to meet customer needs.

🚀 10 Startups I’m Watching:

  1. Attio - Modern AI CRM.

    • The CRM of today should work for you and not the other way around. Attio promises to bring “magic” to customer relationships. If you’re starting a company or on a GTM team I’d give this a try.

  2. Arcade - Interactive product demos that convert.

    • Showing is believing especially in B2B where customers want to try a product before signing up. Arcade is also useful in sales to create personalized demos that buyers can revisit later. If you’re a sales engineer another product to try is Olto which helps you create AI personalized demos.

  3. Codeium - Windsurf, the agentic IDE for developers.

    • I’ve been testing Windsurf’s IDE and within a few minutes its suggestions were helpful in improving my code. Engineers will find the most benefit but for product people like me it’s great for learning and building a quick prototype.

  4. Decagon - AI agents for customer service.

    • This product is a solid example of AI-driven efficiency in customer support operations. What is interesting to me is how roles will evolve to manage AI agents and focusing on higher leveraged work.

  5. Gradial - enterprise marketing operations

    • Lots of companies tackle content generation but few focus on workflows around that content. Gradial helps enterprise marketing teams be nimble in telling their brand’s story.

  6. OpusClip - AI video clipping tool to turn long-form videos into short clips 10x faster.

    • Great tool for re-purposing your content. If you’ve got that long video interview it’ll turn it into the most compelling clips to capture your audience and engage with your content.

  7. Paid - Business Engine for AI Agents

    • With so many AI agents emerging Paid helps product teams monetize efficiently. The product will help show ROI, recognize value, and manage margins with ease of your AI offering.

  8. Recall - API for meeting bots.

    • For any product needing to capture meeting data Recall makes it simple to integrate with platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Meet. The use cases here are growing fast.

  9. Reducto - Easily parse unstructured data from PDFs and other docs.

    • So much data is locked in documents. Reducto makes extracting it seamless and unlocking a whole new source of insights for teams working with messy unstructured data. It’s a no brainer if you need easily parse documents for data.

  10. Relume - Websites designed and built faster with AI.

    • I gave this product a spin and it’s fantastic to generate a first iteration of a website that you can export to Figma, Webflow, or React. It feels like a design co-pilot that helps with inspiration and UX ideas that you can fine tune.
